Asst. Manager Marketing

You will be responsible for spearheading Below-the-Line (BTL) strategy and execution to ensure alignment with brand objectives and market demands. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading on-ground activations such as exhibitions, Fab Meets, dealer meets, and in-shop meets. - Building and maintaining a strong vendor network for ATL/BTL activities, focusing on cost-effective solutions through strategic negotiation. - Negotiating the best rates for printing POS materials and other BTL activities to optimize budget spend. - Ensuring PO preparation adheres to internal policies and vendor compliance with terms and conditions. - Conducting market visits and site inspections to ensure timely and quality completion of branding projects. - Monitoring display unit tracking at dealer locations to ensure brand visibility and compliance. - Holding daily review meetings with team members to ensure alignment with SOPs and job lists. - Maintaining and updating daily job lists, ensuring consistent tracking and alignment with marketing objectives. - Assisting in the design of packaging and creation of in-store marketing displays to ensure consistent brand messaging. - Collaborating with multiple advertising agencies to execute brand marketing campaigns across India.
