You will be responsible for spearheading the Below-the-Line (BTL) strategy and execution to ensure alignment with brand objectives and market demands. This includes leading on-ground activations such as exhibitions, Fab Meets, dealer meets, and in-shop meets. You will also be in charge of building and maintaining a strong vendor network for ATL/BTL activities, with a focus on cost-effective solutions through strategic negotiation. Your role will involve negotiating the best rates for printing POS materials and other BTL activities in order to optimize budget spend. You will need to ensure that PO preparation adheres to internal policies and that vendors comply with terms and conditions. Market visits and site inspections will be necessary to ensure timely and quality completion of branding projects. Monitoring display unit tracking at dealer locations will be crucial to ensure brand visibility and compliance. Daily review meetings with team members will help in maintaining alignment with SOPs and job lists. Updating and maintaining daily job lists will be essential to ensure consistent tracking and alignment with marketing objectives. Additionally, you will assist in the design of packaging and creation of in-store marketing displays to ensure consistent brand messaging. Collaboration with multiple advertising agencies will be required to execute brand marketing campaigns across India. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
