Asst. Manager- Legal (Trademark)

As an Assistant Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd. in the Legal Department, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities including operational, financial, and customer-related tasks. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing legal documents such as Agreements, MOUs, Bank guarantees, and more. You will also review and modify existing standard documents, manage litigation and dispute resolution efficiently, and maintain complete record management of legal documents. Additionally, you will oversee the Trademark Portfolio of the Company with the assistance of a Trademark Attorney. Key Responsibilities: - Drafting, negotiation, and finalization of standard and non-standard legal documents - Reviewing and modifying existing set of documents - Managing litigation and dispute resolution - Record management of legal documents - Managing the Trademark Portfolio of the Company - Handling collection and recovery-related litigations - Negotiating favorable terms for commercial contracts - Conducting internal search report on trademark - Vetting important correspondence from a legal perspective - Coordinating with external lawyers/law firms - Arranging online training for employees as prescribed under the Act Qualifications Required: - Graduation in B.Sc or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy - Skills in Drafting, Communication, Legal & Technical knowledge, Analysis, and Written Skills In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring legal compliance, efficient management of legal matters, and contributing to the financial health of the company.
