Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Recruitment Focused)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Objective:

The Assistant Manager – HR will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment across levels, ensuring timely closure of positions with quality talent, while supporting key HR operations and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for junior, middle, and selective senior positions.

- Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.

- Prepare and validate Job Descriptions (JDs).

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and direct search.

- Screen, shortlist, and conduct preliminary interviews.

- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.

- Ensure timely offer roll-out, documentation, and joining.

- Maintain recruitment MIS and dashboards.

- Build talent pipelines for critical roles.

- Manage recruitment consultants and hiring costs.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:

- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction.

- Coordinate joining documentation and employee records.

- Support confirmations, transfers, and exits.

HR Operations & Compliance:

- Support attendance, leave, and employee records.

- Assist with HR policies and statutory compliance.

- Address employee HR queries.

Stakeholder & Employee Engagement:

- Act as a point of contact for hiring managers and candidates.

- Ensure positive candidate experience.

- Support employee engagement initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Hiring TAT

- Quality of hire

- Offer-to-join ratio

- Cost per hire

- Hiring manager satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)

- 4–7 years HR experience with strong recruitment exposure

Critical Success Factors:

- Speed and quality in hiring

- Ownership of deliverables

- Process discipline

- Ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
