Job Description

As an Assistant Manager - Fraud Analytics, you will be responsible for client service and operational execution tasks. You must ensure risk control and enhance controls according to rules and regulations. Your role will involve following well-defined procedures, performing a range of job routines, and making judgments based on practice and experience. To excel in this position, you should have: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field of study (a master's candidate is desirable). - Data and analytical experience with strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment. - Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Excel. - Relevant industry experience. - Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken. In this role based in Noida, your purpose will be to utilize innovative data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from the bank's data reserves. You will leverage these insights to inform decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and drive innovation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, collecting, and extracting data from various sources. - Cleaning, wrangling, and transforming data to ensure quality and suitability for analysis. - Developing and maintaining efficient data pipelines for automated data processing. - Designing and implementing statistical and machine learning models to analyze patterns and trends. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to add value through Data Science. As an Analyst, you are expected to perform activities in a timely manner with high standards, driving continuous improvement. You must have in-depth technical knowledge in your area of expertise and lead a team effectively. If in a leadership position, you are required to demonstrate clear leadership behaviors. For individual contributors, developing technical expertise and acting as an advisor is crucial. You will have an impact on related teams within your area and collaborate with other functions.
