Asst. Manager Finance & Accounts

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations. This includes tasks such as ledger management, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing. You will need to prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards. It will be your responsibility to maintain compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other financial regulations. Your role will also involve monitoring cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize resources. You will be expected to coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits, ensuring smooth audit processes and compliance. Additionally, you will liaise with banks, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies for financial matters. As part of your duties, you will be required to develop financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. You will be providing strategic financial input and recommendations to senior management for business growth. Furthermore, you will supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.
