Assistant Manager Electrical Maintenance

CTC : Upto 08 Lakhs

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical team for maintenance & troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Ensure smooth operations of electrical systems, panels, and machinery.
• Implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
• Responsible for maintenance of all electrical equipment of the plant to keep assets in healthy condition.
• Analyse failures/upsets and take corrective & preventive actions to avoid recurrence and resolve chronic issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Optimize energy consumption and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure safety of employees, contractors, visitors, and partners at site.
• Strive for zero incident/accident in the plant with sustainable and safe operations.
• Maintain documentation related to electrical maintenance, audits, and team performance.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems in chemical/process industries.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, SCADA, and industrial instrumentation.
• Team leadership and contractor/vendor management skills.
• Familiarity with energy management and electrical safety protocols.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and statutory compliance (e.g., GPCB, Electrical Inspectorate).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in chemical, paints, adhesives, or similar industries will be preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Chemical manufacturing, Paints, adhesives, epoxy, emulsion, or construction chemicals.
• Experience in continuous process industries will be an added advantage.
