**Role Overview:** As a Sales Executive / Manager at our Offshore Software Development Company, you will be responsible for selling SaaS-based products. You should be a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional with experience in SaaS, ready to join our expanding team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and prospect potential clients in domestic and international markets. - Conduct product demos and consultative sales calls to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. - Drive full-cycle sales process from lead generation to closing, focusing on recurring revenue. - Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. - Keep accurate records in CRM systems for reporting and forecasting. - Effectively communicate value propositions to clients. - Close deals with win-win outcomes. - Manage multiple accounts or leads efficiently. - Understand market, competitors, and positioning strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong grasp of the sales cycle. - Proven track record of surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment. - Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce. - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to handle multiple leads and clients simultaneously. **Desirable Qualifications:** - Experience in international / cross-border sales, particularly targeting US, UK, or APAC markets. - Previous experience in selling HR-related SaaS products such as ATS, performance management, HRIS, etc. - Understanding of global HR practices and challenges is a plus. **Additional Company Details:** At our Offshore Software Development Company, we offer more than just a competitive salary.
