Daily checks of preventive controls through setup approvals
Daily tracking of counter measures in shop floor
Check for ICA until permanent corrective actions are implemented
Check for PCA through regular setup approvals
Regular check for corrective actions in shop floor for customer audit
Check for significant characteristics and compile process capabilities where applicable.
Monitor and record previous process complaints on daily basis
Monitor effectiveness of controls introduced for inspection lapses
Monitor effectiveness of controls introduced for inspection lapses
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of IMTE in respective sections
Participate in MSA studies
Inspection of quality characteristics during changes in product process parameters arising out of continuous improvements
Ensure discrepancies are properly recorded and closed in corrective action register and escalate to PCA meeting on weekly basis
Inspection for corrective actions through setup approvals and visual checks
Ensure that all the quality records are properly maintained along with traceability and FIFO requirements.
