Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Production, Lathe, CNC Machine, BORING Machine, All Machine Shop , CNC, Conventional Machines.

Preferred candidate profile

Operating Machines

Run CNC machines (turning, milling, boring) and conventional machines (lathe, drilling, grinding).
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to drawings.

Programming & Setup

Write or load CNC programs (G-code).
Adjust offsets, feeds, and speeds for precision machining.

Maintenance

Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on machines.
Ensure proper lubrication and cleaning of equipment.

Production Workflow

Interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
Plan machining sequence for efficiency and accuracy.

Safety & Compliance
Follow shop safety protocols (PPE, machine guarding).

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of
CNC programming
and conventional machining.
Ability to read
technical drawings
and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Hands-on experience with
lathe, milling, boring, drilling, grinding
machines.
Familiarity with
cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures
.
Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machining errors.
Basic knowledge of
CAD/CAM software
(optional but valuable).
