Job Description

  • Tdevelop, manage, and grow sales through the channel partner network (dealers, distributors, retailers and Architect) in the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Management:

  • Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners such as dealers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Having good relations with architect.(Preferred)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners tensure loyalty and long-term business.
  • Resolve partner queries and issues promptly.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Monitor and drive primary and secondary sales through the channel network.
  • Expand distribution network in underpenetrated areas.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners tincrease market coverage.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Ensure timely order booking and payment collection from channel partners.
  • Monitor and manage partner inventory levels.
  • Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.

  • Relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong result-orientation.
  • Good understanding of the local market and customer preferences.
