Job Description

Loan Operations (AFS/ LaserPro)- Associate/ Senior Associate/Delivery Lead/Manager - Loan Operations (US Shift- 6:30 PM- 3:30 AM, Work from office)


Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and project management for its Lending Services team based in Gurgaon.


Notice Period- 0-60 days (Preferred)

Responsibilities


  • Loan Closing & Documentation

  • Generate loan documents for all product types (New, Renewals, Modifications, Extensions) using LaserPro
  • Review signed documentation and validate loan closing items.
  • Complete and validate Closing Instructions (CI) for BHG, Equipment Leasing, and Warehouse loans.
  • Record and maintain tickler items for post-closing follow-up.

  • Loan Funding & Boarding

  • Perform loan boarding/booking activities including Standby Letters of Credit (LC) into the core system – AFS Vision
  • Execute fund disbursement for all loan types in accordance with approved instructions.

  • Post-Closing & Compliance

  • Maintain vault files and ensure proper documentation storage.
  • Scan and archive signed loan documents, Credit Closing Records (CCRs), and other relevant materials etc.


Qualifications


  • Min 5 years’ experience in Commercial deal closing function, closing document preparation and review across Bilateral & Syndicated Loans
  • Understandingof Lending lifecyclewith excellent understanding of Loan Agreements, Security agreements and other loan documents
  • Excellent knowledge in Finastra LaserPro and AFSvision
  • Good Understanding of loan documentation, closing procedures, and core banking systems.
  • Good understanding of Project Management principles
  • Excellent written and strong business communication skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders
  • Client Management skills
  • Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
