Associate/Senior Associate-OPD Operations

Qualifications required for this role: - A Bachelor's Degree. - Expertise in operations processes. - Familiarity with calling processes. - Strong understanding of user grievance redressal. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, preferably in the Healthcare Technology Industry, with proficiency in Hindi and English. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
