Associate Video Editor in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design and Branding.
• Create high-quality social media posts, carousels, infographics, banners, thumbnails, and ad creatives.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Video Editing and Reels Creation.
• Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos as required.
• Add transitions, effects, subtitles, sound, and animations to enhance video engagement.
• Work with raw footage, refine the narrative, and deliver polished final videos.
• Ad Creatives for Meta and Google.
• Design performance-marketing-friendly creatives (static, carousel, motion graphics).
• Optimize creatives for higher CTR, clarity, and conversions.
• Concept Development.
• Think creatively to produce fresh design ideas for campaigns and brand promotions.
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new visual concepts.
• Daily Task Execution.
• Deliver 24 creatives per day, depending on workload.
• Edit 35 reels or videos weekly based on project needs.
• Client Requirements and Feedback.
• Understand briefs and convert them into impactful designs and videos.
• Make revisions as per feedback without compromising quality.
• Social Media Design Knowledge.
• Stay aware of trending formats, styles, and platform-specific design limitations.
• Stay updated with new design and editing trends.
• File Management and Project Organization.
• Maintain proper folders, source files, and project backups.
• Submit work on time in required formats (MP4, PNG, JPG, AI, PSD, etc.).
• Communication and Team Collaboration.
• Coordinate with performance marketing and operations teams for creative requirements.
• Attend weekly review meetings and share work updates.
