Your key responsibilities

Working closely with engagement leader in managing engagements
Take lead in preparaation of pitchesLead preparartion of deal collaterals along with the rest of the teamGood communication both written and oral with clients and other external stakeholdersAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power pointAble to thrive in relatively unstructured situationsGood understanding of ValuationsAnalytical skills

Skills and attributes

Relevant technical education in finance or business admistration. Strong skills in terms of financial modelling and preparartion of deal collaterals. Working knowledge of deal documentation

Experience

Aatleast 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or strategy teams of relevant companies in BFSI space
