We are hiring for the role of Associate Vice President - Equity Sales

Job Location - Kurla west

Job Responsibilities

• Implement Cash & F&O business plan with the objective of increasing client activity, broking revenues, and market share for the company.
• Implement Alternate Assets Business Plan, Corpus Mobilization, Training & related operations at HO.
• Proactively track business across both Cash and Derivative segment and devise strategies to augment them
• Ensure achievements of Revenue, market share & ADTO Targets for assigned Clusters. Drive Ideas & Strategies in cluster and ensure 100% achievement of assigned Targets .
• Ensure achievements of Cross Sell Targets for assigned Clusters
• On demand support for RMs, meeting Top revenue & asset client - Top clients, meetings, Branch Visits, training for RMs

Direct Responsibilities

• Responsible to grow market share, revenues and increase wallet share of assigned regions (if any).
• Ensure all the activities are in adherence as per compliance and risk policies.
• Engage Digitally with clients to educate them and promote in-house tools & strategies

Contributing Responsibilities

• Engage Digitally with clients to educate them and promote in-house tools & strategies.
• Responsible to grow market share, revenues and increase wallet share centrally as well as assigned regions (if any).
• Plan and run various digital campaigns for cash & F&O business in-coordination with research, data analytics and digital teams.
• Co-ordinate with zonal heads, group heads and branches and relationship managers to initiate and conduct front end training to equip them with the tools needed to have better client engagement.
• Identify and analyze trends on market share and turnover activity across Branches through regular evaluation of company s MIS reports and develop strategies in order to arrest any deviations and align them with the set companys goals.
• Ensure all to the activities done as per the guidelines of Compliance policies. Ensure NPS activities take place smoothly in allocated cluster, assist RMs to speak to detractor customers

Mandatory working experience in Capital Market , Stock Broking industry
