Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development, implementation, and management of the Firm's third party risk management program. As an Associate in the Third Party Risk Management division of Morgan Stanley, your role will involve identifying, analyzing, and managing risks associated with external parties and vendors. You will work closely with various Business Units to ensure adherence to the Firm's TPRM framework, policies, standards, and procedures. Additionally, you will review proposed new and existing outsourced services to ensure compliance with set standards and procedures. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring, investigating, and reporting on Third Party incidents that may pose a risk to Morgan Stanley. You will be required to escalate risks and issues for resolution, collaborating with global TPPM teams and impacted Business Units. Furthermore, you will play a key role in responding to changes in the global regulatory landscape, performing due diligence and risk assessments for third party services across different jurisdictions. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in third party management or a related field, preferably within Global Banking or Financial Services organizations. Strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and proficiency in communication are essential. You must be able to interact effectively with various stakeholders, including team members, Business Units, and peers, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Financial Services organizations.
