About the job: As an Associate Telecaller at Fasteners King Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating leads for our fastener products. Making outbound calls to potential customers to pitch our products and services. 2. Generating new leads and following up on existing leads to convert them into sales opportunities. 3. Providing excellent sales support to customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues. 4. Maintaining accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in MS Excel for reporting purposes. 5. Demonstrating proficiency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. 6. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer retention. 7. Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
