Maintaining accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in MS Excel for reporting purposes. 5. Demonstrating proficiency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. 6. Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer retention. 7. Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
