Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Expert who can manage the digital presence of our two business firms—a Yoga Center and a Fasteners Outlet—while also supporting directors by attending calls/meetings and coordinating their work. The candidate must be organized, confident, and capable of multitasking.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Develop and manage social media strategies for both businesses.
Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and captions tailored to each sector.
Maintain and grow social media pages across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Track analytics, generate reports, and optimize performance.
Engage with online audiences and handle comments and messages professionally.
Director Support & Communication
Attend calls and meetings with directors to understand work requirements and updates.
Take notes, prepare summaries, and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
Coordinate with different teams and vendors as per the directors’ instructions.
Assist with day-to-day tasks, approvals, and project tracking.
Content & Campaign Coordination
Plan content calendars for both businesses.
Work with designers, photographers, and marketing staff to execute content and campaigns.
Coordinate photo and video shoots and influencer collaborations when needed.
