About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Connect with potential leads via outbound calls and convert them into course enrolments 2. Maintain daily records of customer attendance and payment updates in our system 3. Follow up on pending payments and ensure zero outstanding dues 4. Assign appropriate trainers to customers and monitor their progress through the training journey 5. Collect and record valuable feedback from customers to improve our services 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training runs smoothly 7. Occasionally visit training centers to support and oversee on-ground activities 8. Recruit qualified scooty trainers to meet growing training needs 9. Manage trainer payouts and maintain operational expense records 10.
