Job Description

Experience

Requires 1 to 3 years of experience in Technical Writing (preferably in a software product development environment)
Writes and edits information to industrys standards
Ability to grasp knowledge of the functionality of at least two CDK applications simultaneously
Spends time to gain operational and architectural knowledge of assigned products, with strong focus on domain
Attends relevant meetings and training sessions to gain operational and functional knowledge of product, tools, processes, domain and technology
Follows departmental guidelines, the Microsoft Manual of Style, and the Chicago Manual of Style

Eligibility

Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline English Literature, Mass Communication, Advertising disciplines preferred; Engineering and B Tech streams least preferred.

Required Attributes

Working knowledge of advanced authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Robohelp, Visio, Snagit, Camtasia and/or similar tools
Knowledge or familiarity of digital adoption tools like WalkMe, Pendo, Whatfix and/or similar tools
Strong focus on domain and grasp of technology
Self-starter
