About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects and programs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain alignment across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the coordination and tracking of project deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
  2. Support program managers in maintaining Jira boards, backlogs, and sprint documentation.
  3. Prepare status reports, presentations, and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
  4. Help facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning sessions.
  5. Maintain documentation and ensure project artifacts are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  6. Collaborate with technical and business teams to support smooth execution of program milestones.
  7. Identify and escalate potential project risks or blockers to program leadership.
  8. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools for better team efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, analyst, or project support role (internship or entry-level).
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create pivot tables, charts, and presentations.
  4. Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira or similar project management tools.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence (or similar collaboration tools), Excel, and basic SQL for data analysis.
  2. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  3. In-depth knowledge of SDLC and familiarity with modern cloud technology stacks (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

  1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  2. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.
