Understand software requirements specifications to a detailed levelUtilize innovative testing technologies to develop test design techniquesPrepare test cases for UI, Functionality, Automation, Performance and Security testingPerform manual testing of all application functionality in scopeTest the application across commonly used devices and browsersTrack quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.Analyse and report defects; create test reports, co-ordinate with stakeholdersDefine Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall qualityCollaborate with developers on resolutionEffective client communication skill Desired Candidate Profile3-5yrs experience Manual Testing using Salesforce Testing preferably Sales Cloud TestingStrong understanding Salesforce fundamentals.Strong knowledge on Test Management tools like SPIRA, ALM, JIRA etcStrong analytical and problem solving skills.Expertise in authoring positive and negative test scenariosUnderstanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes.Strong working knowledge of SQL, understanding table structureEffective client communication skill
