Associate Tech Lead

Role Overview: You will be a Senior Full Stack Developer at Seraphic Infosolutions, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Node.js, Angular/React, and MongoDB. Your role will involve integrating AI/ML models to deliver intelligent features and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide end-to-end solutions. As a mentor, you will conduct code reviews and stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, ML, and full-stack development. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, Angular/React, MongoDB, and Express.js - Perform both frontend and backend development focusing on performance, security, and scalability - Integrate and optimize AI/ML models into applications for intelligent features - Collaborate with designers, developers, and data scientists to deliver end-to-end solutions - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers - Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, ML, and full-stack development Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong experience in Node.js, MEAN, MERN stack - Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS - Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries, APIs, or frameworks - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills - Good communication and leadership abilities Additional Details: At Seraphic Infosolutions, you will enjoy benefits such as Provident Fund, a work-life balance with guaranteed 5 days working, competitive salary, and growth opportunities.
