The organization is recognized for its world-class professional development, result-oriented team culture, and student-centric school design. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Teaching your subject (60% time)** - Teach one or two subjects of your expertise to your class - Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor learning and provide feedback to students - Build a positive and strong school culture with a focus on learning and joy - Collaborate with parents of the students through regular meetings to ensure their active involvement - **Mentoring students (20% time)** - Mentor nearly 15-20 students throughout the year - Develop ways to ensure that these students have strong study habits, high attendance, and the drive to excel - share these plans with all teachers across the ecosystem - **Help with school projects (20% time)** - Collaborate with Senior Teachers to implement school projects such as Hobby Clubs, Career Awareness, Annual Day, Sports Day, etc. - Utilize these opportunities to enhance your leadership skills and mentor new teachers **Prerequisites:** - Required: Bachelor's Degree with strong academic and holistic performance - Preferred: B.
