Direct and Indirect Tax and transfer pricing
o Incorporation of companies and obtaining various registrations
o Accounting and book-keeping
o Direct tax and international tax and transfer pricing advisory
o GST advisory
o Direct tax compliances – TDS returns, income tax returns, advance tax calculations, tax audits, compliances
o GST compliances – monthly / quarterly returns, calculation of input tax credits, etc.,
o Handling assessments, litigations etc.,
o Conducting benchmarking studies, issue of transfer pricing reports and filing statutory forms
o Assisting the clients with compliance, assessments, litigation etc.,
o Tax valuations and certifications
2. Overall
o Responsibility for client deliverables
o Managing client relationships
o Managing the team
o Being updated with the latest developments in the tax and regulatory space
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
