As an Associate Sub-editor at Third Bridge, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of transcripts and translations of technical interviews conducted in English and French. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proofreading and editing transcripts of interviews in English and French - Analyzing text meticulously to detect and fix mistranscriptions - Editing AI-generated English translations of French content - Curating specialist profiles for content - Researching market events, acronyms, and terminology - Making client-centric editorial decisions - Distributing content to clients while adhering to Compliance requirements - Consistently delivering high-quality content to strict daily deadlines - Resolving issues with stakeholders promptly - Contributing to the improvement of content quality guidelines To be successful in this role, you should: - Be fluent in French and English with exceptional command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation in both languages - Have strong knowledge of editing and translation best practices - Possess excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail - Demonstrate the ability to make editorial judgments balancing consistency and client experience - Be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks effectively - Have good communication skills to interact with stakeholders globally In addition to your responsibilities, you will gain exposure to technical content across various industries, receive training on different editing styles, and collaborate with a global team of professionals.
