Associate/ Steward-F&B Service

Core responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitation: Washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintaining the cleanliness of both the kitchen and dining areas, including wiping tables and ensuring menus are clean.
• Inventory and supplies: Assisting with inventory management, restocking serving stations, and properly storing and labelling supplies.
• Health and safety: Adhering to all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards, including waste disposal and recycling protocols.
• Operational support: Assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and supporting the setup and breakdown of event spaces.
• Customer service: Clearing tables, refilling drinks, and occasionally helping with basic tasks like greeting guests or settling bills.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a steward is preferred.
• Knowledge: Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal attributes: Good communication and teamwork skills, physical stamina to lift heavy objects, and flexibility to work various shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
