Role Overview: You are a Chartered Accountant (CA) Associate with a strong background in statutory audits, particularly with a deep understanding of IND AS. Your role will involve conducting audit tasks, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, and providing valuable recommendations to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and perform statutory audits following audit plans, IND AS, and relevant regulations. - Identify financial discrepancies, evaluate risks, and offer strategic improvement recommendations. - Develop customized audit programs to suit the specific needs of clients, ensuring adherence to IND AS. - Create detailed and precise audit reports, recording findings and observations. - Communicate with clients to collect necessary information, address inquiries, and manage client expectations. - Stay updated on auditing standards, IND AS revisions, and regulatory modifications, and apply them in client interactions. - Offer guidance to team members, provide training on statutory audits and IND AS. Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) certification. - Extensive experience in statutory audits, with a solid grasp of IND AS. - Proficient in auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory adherence. - Additional certifications like CISA or DISA would be advantageous. - Capable of managing audits independently, with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience: You have a proven track record in statutory audits, dealing with complex clients and incorporating IND AS. You have managed multiple audits simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely completion.
