Associate - Statutory Audit

Role Overview: You are a Chartered Accountant (CA) Associate with a strong background in statutory audits, including a deep understanding of IND AS. Your experience should include comprehensive exposure to statutory audits during articleship and 2-3 years post-qualification. In this role, you will be responsible for executing audit tasks, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, and providing valuable recommendations to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and carry out statutory audits following audit plans, IND AS, and relevant regulations. - Identify financial discrepancies, evaluate risks, and provide strategic recommendations for enhancement. - Create customized audit programs to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring compliance with IND AS. - Prepare precise and detailed audit reports, documenting findings and observations. - Collaborate with clients to collect necessary information, address queries, and manage client expectations. - Stay up-to-date with auditing standards, IND AS updates, and regulatory modifications, applying them in client interactions. - Offer guidance to team members, aiding in training related to statutory audits and IND AS. Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - Extensive experience in statutory audits, with a thorough understanding of IND AS. - Proficient knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory adherence. - Possession of certifications like CISA or DISA would be advantageous. - Capability to independently manage audits with meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience: You have a proven track record in statutory audits, handling complex clients and incorporating IND AS. Your experience includes managing multiple audits concurrently, delivering high-quality results, and ensuring timely completion.,
