Description
As a Scrum Master at Nagarro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of Agile practices and methodologies. With a dynamic and non-hierarchical work culture, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across different countries and deliver products, services, and experiences that inspire and delight customers. - Lead Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to drive team collaboration and Agile maturity. - Foster an environment of self-organizing teams and continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile principles and best practices. - Track team velocity, burndown charts, and release progress to ensure on-time, high-quality releases. - Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to define realistic sprint goals and release plans. - Remove impediments and align technical dependencies for seamless releases. - Expertise in Kanban, Program Backlog Management, and strong working experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, and ability to drive continuous process improvement and Agile coaching. - Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe), LeSS, or Nexus frameworks, and certifications in CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master. - Background in software development or QA with an understanding of SDLC. - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
