Associate Sr. Manager-Sales

As an Associate Sr. Manager-Sales at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the Go-to-Market (GTM) process for real estate development projects from land acquisition to project launch in the market. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the GTM meetings and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Design, Projects, Sustainability, Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments to ensure project launch timelines are met. - Identifying critical path activities and overseeing them for any challenges or problems. - Identifying potential delays and proactively communicating with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risks. - Monitoring activities for timely execution and flagging off or escalating challenges well in time for resolution to keep the project on track. - Developing and maintaining project and sales gallery schedules, budgets, and forecasts. - Preparing and presenting project progress reports to senior management. - Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues in a timely manner.
