Associate Specialist Technical Support

As an Associate Specialist Technical Support at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients, advisors, and end users through the support tracking tool Zendesk. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve inquiries efficiently and ensure timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve client, advisors, and customer support inquiries using Zendesk - Collaborate with Personal Capital engineering to address bugs and prioritize feature requests - Contribute to improving support processes and methodologies - Develop a deep understanding of the Empower Personal Dashboard application - Provide documentation content for online FAQ Support pages - Assist with other special projects as assigned Qualifications: - Freshers with a bachelor's degree in any stream - Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues - Fluent in spoken and written English In addition to the job role, our company values a flexible work environment, internal mobility, purpose, well-being, and work-life balance.
