    Experience: 3-5 Yrs



    Key Responsibilities:



    • The individual is responsible to provide
      timely resolution to level 2 / level 3 tickets reported from service desk in the form of an Incident, Service Request, Change Orders, or Problem Ticket and update the tickets to keep customer posted on the progress on a regular basis.

    • Perform the daily health check reports and
      system logs for the environment stability and take any corrective action as required. Participate in security health check and patching related activities to secure customer IT environment.

    • Should participate in change review
      process of the account and collaborate with the customers and other key stakeholders (internal & external) on infrastructure change activities and implement them on a timely fashion.

    • Should be responsible to work with the
      vendor on any open issues that are escalated for advance support and drives those issues to closure.




    • Technical knowledge of email routing
      services, including On-premises /Hybrid Exchange/ Exchange online.

    • Knowledge on O365 Management &
      Administration.

    • Hands on experience on any of the Exchange
      on-prem servers (Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016/2019).

    • Experience in Managing Email Gateway (Such
      as Symantec Message Gateway or any other service).

    • Creating and managing different on-premises
      Exchange mailboxes and recipients.

    • O365, creating and managing user accounts,
      roles, delegation, backup and restore etc.,

    • Creating mail relay for various
      applications used in the organization.

    • Familiar with migrating mailboxes from
      Exchange OnPrem to Office 365 and from one tenant to another

    • Experience in handling Exchange
      connectivity, Exchange Performance Issues, Mail Clients Issues (Outlook).

    • Working knowledge in handling Non-Delivery
      Reports, Outlook rules, Mailbox permissions, out-of-office requests.

    • Handling Spam/phishing/spoofed emails and
      provide the best practices.

    • Managing and troubleshooting issues
      related to SharePoint, Teams, One Drive, Office 365 Groups etc.

    • Ticket logging and working with vendor
      teams for troubleshooting the issues.

    • Troubleshooting synchronization issue
      related to Active Directory and Azure AD using AZURE AD Connect.

    • Experience in deploying new releases as
      part of M365 message centre updates by coordinating with stake holders.

    • Basic knowledge on Azure Active Directory,
      On-Premises Active Directory, Active Directory groups.

    • Managing Office 365 licenses.

    • Experience on PowerShell and automation.

    • Experience in handling Tickets, Problems
      & Change adhering to ITIL process.

    • Ability to multi-task, proven
      problem-solving skills and knowledge sharing.




    Preferred skills:




    • Good understanding on Active Directory,
      DNS, Azure Active Directory, Monitoring and Reporting.

    • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating
      systems.

    • Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including
      ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.

    • Exchange server
      management tools and best practices implementations.

    • Ability to structure, draft
      and review technical documentation.

    • Knowledge on Exchange
      DAG.

    • Installing, configuring,
      managing, operating, and maintaining Exchange server systems with Clusters.

    • Knowledge
      on Backup Management Experience for Exchange server platforms.

    • Excellent
      organizational and time-management skills.

    • Excellent communication skills.



    Working conditions: Flexible to work in US EST/PST time zone.
