Associate Specialist

As an ACCA affiliate/member, you are required for a 6-month contractual role with the following responsibilities: - Invoice Processing: Handling PO and Non-PO invoices, including critical invoices, and ensuring accuracy. - Issue Investigation: Investigating and resolving issues related to the invoices. - Backup Support: Acting as a backup for site contacts in the process. - Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in the process. - Process Improvement: Initiating and implementing process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency. - Accuracy Maintenance: Ensuring 100% accuracy in all tasks. In terms of qualifications and experience, you should possess the following: - Good accounting knowledge. - Proficiency in SAP (Mandatory). - Strong analytical, research, and follow-up skills. - Effective communication skills both orally and in writing. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Having knowledge of Lean, Six-Sigma, or similar methodologies would be considered an added advantage.,
