Associate Software Engineer

As an Associate Software Engineer at our company located in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in our engineering team by contributing to the development of our innovative software products. You will need to quickly grasp the existing systems and components, and actively participate in their extension as our business expands. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate strong programming abilities including coding, design, testing, and system maintenance - Engage in hands-on development and maintenance of software applications/components - Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high quality deliverables - Implement a test-driven development approach for the delivery of commercial quality code - Exhibit effective communication skills through emails, Slack notifications, proactive status updates, and structured arguments - Apply critical thinking by balancing short-term needs with long-term goals, anticipating potential issues, and identifying requirements - Show initiative by being proactive, taking ownership of tasks, and following through to completion **Qualification Required:** - Mandatory expertise in Javascript, Typescript, NodeJS, NestJs, Reactjs, Express, MySql or MongoDB - Good to have knowledge in GraphQL, Serverless, MicroServices Architecture, Primary AWS services, Next.js - Familiarity with Linters and Webpack is considered a plus - Must adhere to the right standards and best practices - Proficient in core concepts of Javascript, Typescript, and Object-Oriented Design - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex challenges - Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment If you are a B.Tech or MCA graduate in Computer Science or equivalent, with 0.9 to 1.5 years of experience in a functional or technical role, possessing knowledge in the area of technical specialty such as Web Development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
