Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience in Manual Testing, API Testing, and Database Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for functional testing of web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables, identifying bugs, and validating application features according to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and understand software requirements and technical specifications.
• Design, create, and execute functional test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform end-to-end manual testing for web, mobile, and backend services.
• Conduct API Testing using tools such as Postman or equivalent.
• Validate backend data by writing and executing SQL queries.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Support regression testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing cycles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing (Web and Mobile apps).
• Good understanding of API Testing principles, including RESTful services.
• Strong skills in Database Testing with proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiar with tools like Postman, MySQL/SQL Server.
• Ability to document clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Basic knowledge of automation concepts is a plus
