We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Software Engineer - Intern to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn, build real-world software, and grow their careers in Python backend development or React.js frontend development. You will work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experience building scalable and user-friendly applications.

What youll be doing

Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using Python or React.js.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.
Participate in code reviews and learn best engineering practices.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in development and test environments.
Contribute to improving application performance, reliability, and usability.
Actively learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks used by the team.

About you

Basic understanding of Python or JavaScript fundamentals.
Familiarity with at least one framework:
- Python: Django / Flask / FastAPI (basic knowledge)
- Frontend: React.js (components, props, state basics)
Understanding of basic data structures and algorithms.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Academic or personal projects using Python or React.js.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control.
Exposure to databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Interest in full-stack development.
