About the job: Are you looking to join a dynamic and innovative team? We are seeking an Associate Software Developer with expertise in HTML, Node.js, React, Redux, JavaScript, MongoDB, Express.js, MERN, and Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our Design Centric company, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a talented group of individuals. Key responsibilities: 1. Design and develop responsive, user-centric features and real-time dashboards using React.js. 2. Build scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. 3. Design efficient MongoDB schemas to support various manufacturing data types: production orders, machine states, QC logs, and traceability records. 4. Optimize backend performance using caching strategies and server configuration tuning. 5. Implement real-time features using Socket.IO for live updates from the production floor. 6. Ensure data integrity with acknowledgment systems, retries, deduplication, and event persistence. 7. Manage socket connection lifecycle with secure authentication, authorization, and error handling. 8. Deploy and maintain MERN stack applications on AWS, leveraging EC2, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB. 9. Optimize cloud usage for security, scalability, and cost-efficiency, following AWS best practices. 10. Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack issues, including frontend, backend, database, and AWS. 11. Work closely with UI/UX designers and other developers to meet project goals. 12. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to clean code practices and industry standards. Hands-on experience with the MERN stack. 2. Experience with AWS services. 3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS. 4. Solid experience with React.js, including Hooks, Redux/Context API, and performance optimization. 5. In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js. 6. Mastery of MongoDB, including schema design and aggregation pipelines. 7. Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs. 8. Familiarity with AWS messaging services like SQS and SNS. 9. Proficiency with Git for version control. 10. Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, HANA, or Odoo, including their APIs. 11. Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker). 12. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills across the stack. 13. Excellent communication skills. 14.
