Associate Shoots

Pre-Shoot Responsibilities:
Develop creative ideas and hooks aligned with brand tone and trends; write engaging short-form scripts with strong openings; prepare detailed shot lists, storyboards, and references; coordinate with creators, models, and production teams; finalize locations, props, and wardrobe; align all stakeholders (DOP, editor, designer) on the creative vision.

On-Shoot Responsibilities:
Direct scenes as per the concept and script; ensure correct framing, tone, and product placement; guide creators on expressions, delivery, and energy; monitor lighting, sound, and visual continuity; capture multiple takes and variations; ensure all essential shots (hero, product, application, and transitions) are covered.

Post-Shoot Responsibilities:
Work with editors to maintain pacing, hook strength, and retention; review footage and suggest cuts, captions, and transitions; align edits with trending audios and formats; approve final cuts for publishing; track performance and derive insights for future content.

Collaboration & Creative Sync:
Coordinate closely with social media, design, and strategy teams; stay updated on trending audios, meme formats, and pop-culture moments; brainstorm regularly to deliver 10+ viral-worthy videos monthly.

Should be able to shoot on Iphone, Camera angle, lights.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹562,967.43 - ₹883,713.78 per year
