Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform audits of AR-related transactions (insurance follow-up, denials, payments, adjustments).
Ensure quality standards and accuracy in claim follow-up and resolution processes.
Identify error trends and process gaps; provide actionable feedback to AR teams.
Maintain documentation of audit findings and support performance improvement initiatives.
Work closely with team leads, trainers, and managers to ensure adherence to SLA and client expectations.
Conduct quality calibration and participate in team huddles to improve quality alignment.
Assist in updating QA checklists and process SOPs as required.

Preferred candidate profile

25 years
of experience as a Quality Analyst in
AR/RCM – US Healthcare
domain.
Strong knowledge of the US healthcare claim lifecycle, denial codes, payer rules, and AR workflows.
Good understanding of HIPAA compliance and audit documentation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, QA tools, and AR platforms (Athena, EPIC, Kareo, etc., preferred).
