Associate / Senior Associate - Business Operations

As a Business Operations Specialist at GoKwik, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics ecosystem at scale. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end ecommerce logistics, owning relationships with logistics partners, handling exceptions, leveraging data for optimization, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end ecommerce logistics across pickup, transit, and delivery for seamless daily execution at scale. - Own relationships with logistics partners, track KPIs, and drive partner performance through regular reviews. - Proactively manage and resolve logistics exceptions with a customer-first mindset. - Leverage analytics to identify trends and inefficiencies, building dashboards and reports for strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with technology, customer support, merchant success, and warehouse teams to drive alignment across the supply chain. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in managing eCommerce logistics/supply chain operations. - Deep understanding of courier KPIs, performance benchmarking, and partner management. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Proven ability to manage operational escalations and exception workflows. - Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, data-driven environment.
