Job Description: As a Security Operations Manager for the Smart campus, your role involves overseeing the security operations from the state-of-the-art command center on campus. You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing security measures for perimeter buildings, critical areas, and systems within the campus. Utilizing various security management tools such as CCTV, access control systems, and PA systems, you will identify areas for improvement and implement new technology solutions to enhance security operations. Your analytical skills will be essential in interpreting campus data to optimize security procedures. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure effective management of security on campus. Collaborating with the design team, you will share insights and ideas for continuous improvement based on operational reviews. Managing Security system AMCs will be part of your responsibilities to ensure uninterrupted support for security technology. Your ultimate goal will be to deliver and maintain the highest standard of security for the campus while leading and managing the Security Command Center team. Key Responsibilities: - Review and oversee Smart campus security operations from the command center - Monitor security for perimeter buildings, critical areas, and systems within the campus - Utilize security management tools like CCTV, access control systems, and PA systems - Propose new technology solutions to enhance security operations - Conduct analytics based on campus data to improve security procedures - Develop and implement security policies and procedures for effective security management - Assist in the implementation of Integrated Security and Surveillance project solutions - Share insights with the design team for continuous improvement - Provide inputs on Security system AMCs for uninterrupted support - Manage and ensure the highest standard of security for the campus - Lead and manage the Security Command Center team Qualifications Required: - Experience in security operations management - Proficiency in utilizing security management tools and technologies - Strong analytical skills for interpreting and improving security procedures - Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for sharing insights and ideas with the team - Prior experience in the Energy Oil & Gas - Upstream domain, specifically in Optimization, Modelling & Simulation with expertise in Facilities Modelling using tools like Reo/Hysys would be preferred.,
