Associate Scrum Master

Your responsibilities will include facilitating agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, tracking sprint progress, resolving blockers, and ensuring smooth delivery aligned with sprint goals. You will collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify task ownership and delivery expectations, share structured updates with stakeholders and leadership, set up and configure project management tools like Jira, ensure tool hygiene and data accuracy, create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for transparency, monitor team workload, and encourage adoption of agile best practices and tools. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 1-3 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or Project Operations role. Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent platforms is essential, as well as a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and key delivery metrics. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to convey updates and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
