Role Overview: Join Colgate-Palmolive's Implementation & Support team to identify new product development opportunities by understanding consumer, customer, and business trends. Work closely with internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life and achieve desired business results. Partner with collaborators to implement projects and achieve excellence in operations while focusing on new product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Independently lead pilot plant operations ensuring compliance to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements - Utilize science & data analytics to identify problems or opportunities and create action plans - Provide support for ongoing product development projects and margin improvement programs - Apply statistical approaches to experimental design for efficient learning - Ensure compliance with product safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the product life cycle - Develop expertise in respective product category fundamentals and implement projects from conceptualization to implementation - Share technical knowledge discoveries, ideas, and vision with colleagues - Lead supplier qualification programs and support packaging material qualification programs - Stay updated on technical developments, market conditions, competitor activities, and consumer trends - Integrate technological breakthroughs and consumer insights to develop new products and processes - Develop impactful claims for existing and new products - Translate technical attributes into consumer-relevant benefits Qualifications Required: - Masters in Chemistry/Pharma, M Tech in Cosmetic/Oil/Surfactant Technology or relevant stream - Minimum 2 years experience in product development of Home care & Personal Care products with technology transfer background - Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and business presentation skills - Strong leadership skills for conducting multidisciplinary projects across geographies Additional Company Details: Colgate-Palmolive is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
