Job Description

As a Sales/Business Development Intern at Hyperface, you will play a crucial role in identifying and signing up clients, working closely with them to discover business opportunities aligned with their growth priorities. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively identifying and onboarding new clients. - Collaborating with existing clients to uncover new business prospects and manage ongoing engagements. - Meeting new business and revenue targets. - Identifying key stakeholders within client organizations, building strong relationships with them. - Managing pricing discussions and client engagement for all business opportunities, ensuring successful closures. - Handling customer agreements/onboarding processes and supporting new BRD/RFP requests from clients by aligning with internal stakeholders. - Monitoring the industry landscape, tracking new use cases, benchmarking, and competitive analysis. - Working with internal teams (product, customer success, marketing) to structure deals, define product offerings, and create proposal documents. - Representing the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and explore partnership opportunities. - Providing regular feedback and after-sales support. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in sales and client relationship management. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate with senior executives. - Effective communication skills with the capability to articulate ideas clearly. - Proficiency in creating high-quality documents and presentations. - High level of ownership, empathy, and client-centricity. - Focus on compliance and ethical conduct.
