Job Description

As a Sales/Business Development Intern at Hyperface, you will play a crucial role in identifying and signing up clients, working closely with them to discover business opportunities aligned with their growth priorities. Your responsibilities will include proactively onboarding new clients, managing existing relationships, achieving revenue targets, and engaging with key stakeholders across client organizations to ensure successful business closures. Your primary tasks will involve identifying new clients, exploring new business avenues with current clients, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders from various business units. You will be responsible for pricing discussions, client engagement, managing customer agreements, and supporting new requests from clients. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to structure deals and create proposal documents. To excel in this role, you must possess a proven sales track record, exceptional client relationship management skills, and the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with senior executives. Strong communication skills, the capacity to create high-quality documents and presentations, and a client-centric approach are essential. Moreover, you should demonstrate ownership, empathy, and a commitment to ethical conduct while focusing on compliance. As a representative of Hyperface, you will have the opportunity to attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and explore partnership opportunities. Providing regular feedback and after-sales support will also be part of your responsibilities. This position is based in Bangalore, and your active presence onsite will be required to fulfill the job requirements effectively.,
