About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective clients (from provided leads) in the US market UK and Australia Market
• Engage clients professionally and explain our services briefly.
• Schedule qualified meetings/appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM with meeting details.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and scheduled meetings.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Good telephone etiquette and confident in client conversations.
• Goal-oriented with ability to handle rejections positively.
• Comfortable working in

  US time zone (night shift)

• Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate (any discipline). Mechanical , Civil And B.arch Exp is Plus
• Experience: 1- 3 year preferred (Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Experience in BPO/telecalling/inside sales will be an added advantage.
