Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers in their regional language.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
  • Explain policy features, pricing, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
  • Achieve daily/monthly targets of policy sales.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Update CRM tools with accurate lead/customer data.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

  • Must be fluent in one of the mentioned regional languages.

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
