Job Description:

  • Knowledge of B2C process.
  • Online & Offline refund process.
  • Reconciliation of B2C payments.
  • Ensure timely collection of online and offline Payments.
  • Follow up with airports & other departments for short collections.
  • Timely revert to customer relations queries.
  • Knowledge of credit card charges and follow-up with banks, if required.
  • Knowledge of Chargeback process.
  • Knowledge of GST invoices related to B2C payments and expenses.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Accounting Software
  • Knowledge of reconciliation of Customer/Vendor Accounts & GL.
  • Knowledge of Journal accounting entries.

Skill Set:

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to grasp things quickly
  • Hands on experience in MS office
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build consensus across diverse teams and achieve results
  • Ability to communicate with senior management.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Education:

  • Graduation in commerce (B.com)
